Product serves vibrant domain and has depth

1. Current set of leadership starting with CEO is taking down this company. He talks endlessly on self praise and enjoys humiliating others in public. He steals credit for all success and picks select hard working employees as scapegoat.
2. Doesn't understand or respect the culture of the floor. Constantly changes idealogies and priorities leaving both employees and customers in a flux.
3. Sales is almost non existent. New wins have dried and they beat delivery team to squeeze existing customers more. Seales leader and CEO spends company money on travel, expensive stays and foods leaving employees in limbo
