Management has no experience of the industry and thinks Botaneco is the be all and end all and that should be enough to reach the insane goals. Don’t listen to anyone who knows what their talking about. Make bad business decisions. Huge turnover means nothing ever gets done - difficult for ppl to do their job. Terrible atmosphere and culture.

I have worked for this company for close to three years. It is a dynamic work environment. I am constantly learning something new. In a short period of time, I was able to learn a lot from R&D department and QC department. I have had the pleasure of working with a great boss who is consistently supportive, patient, helpful. The entire Botaneco team is a great group of people, that push you to be better every day. You never stop improving. You learn a lot in very little time as long as you keep an open mind to any opportunity that arises.

Fast paced environment is both a pro and a con because while you learn a lot and learn to adapt quickly, it is not for everyone. Though, working in this environment does teach you to adapt quickly, be efficient and to be prepared to take on challenges without fear.
