Pros
When I started, the company had a great culture and the influence of the Fidelity ownership was a significant perk. From infrastructure to benefits to an overall professional culture, you felt secure in your employment and there was good career mobility opportunities.
Cons
Once the company was sold by Fidelity, there was an immediate change in environment. Morale decreased, disorganization above and beyond the expected due to any ownership change made doing your job twice as hard with half the support. It began to improve but then with the purchase of Dav El, it began to spiral downward. There was no respect for employees from the new top management, and a culture of "fear" began to take. Fear for job security, fear that there would be no raises, fear that the company would soon be driven into the ground. This lack of support led to a mass-exodus of many quality employees as everyone scrambled to find somewhere they could enjoy working, as we once had. I left sadly, as the company had been good to me for many years, but that company no longer existed.
