Pros
Eye associates merged into Boston Vision. Eye associates at its core was about the practice—it was a family practice. The doctor's at the Burlington location will teach you so much as assistants, they actively spoke and appreciated you, they are extremely kind with spectacular bedside manner, and you get so much exposure and experience.
Cons
Eye associates merged into Boston Vision. I didn't work for Boston Vision, solely eye associates, but when I visited I saw that Boston vision is more of a business. Their management is strict and want things and people to do things a very particular way without wiggle room. I'm more than sure that the individual doctors are still good...but think less of a homey practice and more business oriented.
