Some good people work at Boston Vision who will go out of their way to help you. But realistically you can find that at other facilities.
Cons
Toxic, gaslighting management and doctors. Very stressful atmosphere. Communication is very poor especially from the long-standing doctors. Many tasks are given at once with little to no direction. You will be heavily and rudely reprimanded for minor missteps, and barely acknowledged for going above and beyond. Human Resources is incompetent and does not address concerns from staff. Very clear that money and profit is the biggest motivator. Only recently was the staff ‘s compensation raised to be on-par with nearby facilities compensation. People don’t stay at Boston Vision long. Its a revolving-door of staff at every level. Recent internal changes like one of their offices relocating and restructuring admin did little to address the deeply rooted issues with how the company is run. Oh, and anti-vaxxers work there.
