Pros
Boston university is fantastic place to hone skills. Grow in a junior area quickly especially if you want to use it as a launching pad into the corporate world
Cons
Massive budgetary miss mangement over decades has led to the issues that we now at the university. You can blame this administration if you want but when it comes down to it allowing hundreds of outings a years across departments with out any recourse is not going to cut it. Have accountability. You shouldn't need to lay people off as a result.
