Pros
The benefits are excellent, especially the tuition remission and the retirement plans. Additionally there is trainining available to help you improve your skill set.
Cons
There is a heavy emphasis on degrees not quality of work when determing pay increases and promotions. This can be frustrating when you bust your butt and someone gets better raise beause they have more degrees, yet are lazy.
