Business outlook
Pros
Flexible schedule for student employees, and supervisors are understanding and accommodating when schoolwork and exams take priority. Time off was easy to obtain and I did not have to find someone to cover my shift. Training was weak, badly organized, and often at least a month into the new semester. I received most of my training informally during shifts with coworkers who had been there longer. I had great coworkers.
Cons
Office politics, gross preferential treatment for well-connected employees. There is not much room for growth. Some coworkers don't stick to policy and others do, causing client confusion and dissatisfaction when you don't give them special treatment.
