You will meet some great co-workers you can commiserate with. Working with students is one of the most fulfilling jobs you can have. The job is a great transitional job.
Cons
"Transitional" is the keyword. For your own personal and professional growth, you might have to find a different place to work. Bureaucracy is a slow grind, almost deliberately so. One must constantly remember that BU is a big incumbent business and not the spry start up we want it to be.
