Colleagues, other than president of company, are intelligent, helpful, hardworking.
Cons
President of the company is prone to episodes of screaming and ranting at those who work for him. Others in management positions are fine. There is no HR dept. and everyone is paid as an independent contractor to avoid taxes and paying benefits, but you are treated like an employee - told what to do and when.
