Pros
Work independently. Decent pay. Great second job (most classes are in the evenings two days a week or on a Saturday).
Cons
Long hours at home that are unpaid. Hard to get full-time hours (if not impossible; I think the company does not want to pay benefits). The school is under new ownership which seems determined to put out a lower quality student. After years of loyal service, the company decided to substantially decrease everyone's pay.
