      NONE! The salary was okay, but that is it.

      Cons

      Micromanaged to the extreme! They expect everyone to agree and worship the ground the CEO walks on, if you listen to him speak, he will pretty much tell you this in the interview. If you read the "good" reviews I guarantee those are all written by a handful of people and they were worded while sitting in a meeting with the CEO. Don't say you weren't warned if you do accept the job!

      The only coons to working here is that the company is rather smaller and the opportunities for growth are limited.
