Pros

Good health insurance and paid time off. Subsidized cafeteria.

Cons

Very low morale, lack of leadership, and unprofessional management. Everyone is on edge and defensive so there is little to no teamwork because people don't trust one another. It's a shame because Boston Mutual used to be a great place to work with a legacy of longevity. However, the toxic environment is driving away many great employees. The current President and CEO, Paul Quaranto, is running the company into the ground as a result of inexperience, backstabbing, and excessive spending. If you aren't with him, you're against him, and he's all about fluff. The strong leaders are being cut out in favor of unqualified managers and executives who lack a backbone and/or morality. Unfortunately there is no where for employees to go for help or support because HR turns a blind eye to any and all wrongdoing.

Pros

Great people, lots of long term employees who genuinely care, great pay and benefits, amazing products, a real vision for the future of the company. Big investment in upcoming technology upgrades.

Cons

Small company feel, can result in longer turn around times. Processes will continue to change and improve over the next few years.

Pros

Health benefits, on site cafe, vacation time, 1 remote day but flexible

Cons

It's like high school all over again, If you don't get invited to the cool kids table at lunch you are an outcast and no one talks to you. Walk around and people are gossiping and whispering to each behind your backs. So don't think what you said is kept between "friends." The more you work the more gets handed off to you since you do a good job already instead of properly training the whole team so we are all on the same page. There are no check ins with your manager to see how your doing. Management, New CEO, re organization for the "100th time",
