Don't know how I feel anymore. - Assistant General Manager Boston Market Employee Review

To be promoted is like a huge waiting game. I feel as if they don't follow though with their commitments. There are basically no benefits, and next to no compensation for extra work/ commitments. i also feel as if they don't hold enough people accountable and do not who that they actually care for their employees or how they are being treated. I feel torn about this company. They tell me that the restaurant is my life but it doesn't seem as if its worth the pay with no recognition.
