      The people are great. There are a lot of opportunities to move up in the company. Is a great work environment for people with drive who are willing to put their heads down and work. They care about their employees and provide a lot of training.

      Cons

      Working 6 days a week.

      Pros

      Great place that rewards individual effort and performance. Team culture is superb, and the upper management is very available and willing to help/mentor.

      Cons

      If you’re not a fan of talking to people, this may not be the best fit. Otherwise, it’s a super fun environment
