Pros
If it weren't for some of the nice people you end up becoming friendly with there are plenty of other reasons to seek employment else where. If you like working in a newsroom, the new office is nice. It's an OK place to start a career and gain some experience with a paper that has a big name, but don't get comfortable there.
Cons
Parking is a nightmare and unless you can afford to pay for a parking space I wouldn't really consider working here. Also, a lot of the people are entrenched newspaper types who are fine to ride out their jobs until retirement or the paper goes out of business. No real company culture. It's just a job for most people. Not much opportunity for career development.
