Supervisors are flexible when it comes to work schedules.
Cons
The favoritism is unbelievable. Most of the employees all worked together before, so it is very cliquey like high school. What is ok for one person, is not ok for another. Lack of advancement opportunities unless you are one of the "chosen few". Lack of good management and leadership. Most times it seems like management doesn't know what they are doing. The training of new employees can be hit or miss. They worry about turnover, but then don't seem to know how to resolve the issues, or just choose to ignore the real problems that exist. They promote teamwork, but it still seems like it is not a team environment.
