Pros
I was with Boston Executives for about 5 months. I studied Finance in school but wanted to get into a new industry to really gain experience in new fields. Within that 5 months I saw a new version of myself, definitely in a positive way. I used to be terrified of public speaking now I love it, got to also dabble in a lot of other responsibilities such as training, and recruiting, and manage a 10 person team around me. Adam gave me the opportunity to expand into our UK office to work with Jenna Hadden (who is awesome as well!). He knew that was my goal, and instead of keeping me around in Boston he surprised me with a flight to the UK to join that office. SO thankful for everyone I met while at Boston Executives, An amazing team culture and really allowed us to work together and help each other succeed. Wouldn't be where I am without Adam and the rest of the team out there. Miss you guys!
