None, believe me I tried hard to find one good thing about this company but could not come up with any.
Cons
To start with, this place is just a fantasy of some people who have left their jobs at IBM and GE and now consider themselves as Consultants. Believe me, there is no consulting done at Boston Analytics or Espalier (every two the company's name gets changed to hide the true picture) and they simply do data scraping and company tagging job. THAT'S IT!!!! The two founders are big time losers and its time for them to take retirement as they are totally incapable of running a company. Now coming to so-called AI-based consulting, there is no use of AI or technology in this company - they only scrape data using some Python codes which is then manually validated - everything is done manually and employees slog over weekends (which is expected from every one working in this company) to compensate for insufficient hours estimated in a project citing "Efficiency Gains through Technology". To sum up, "Use of Technology = Employee working overtime and weekends to manually search data which their technology team was never equipped to do". Lastly, the founders of the company are the most unprofessional people you will ever work with - they have no manners to speak and are behave like illiterates. I can go on mentioning numerous examples of unprofessional behavior but there is no point as the list is endless. Anyone even considering to join this organization, kindly speak with a few ex-employees to get a transparent picture of this place as once you join, you will regret from Day 1.
