      Had a very competent team Good people to work with

      Cons

      Bad infrastructure Harsh treatment from senior management Bad compensation Coaxing to give educational certificates and not returning them. Bad attitude of management. Unusually long shifts. Forces to stay all night but never provides any kind of overtime compensation.

      An unbelievable place to start and build a technology career.My favorite aspect of Bostnic is the entrepreneurial culture it promotes. Hard work is rewarded and you are given the freedom to explore the platforms and solutions in an independent manner. Hands on training , mentoring and people are great.

Great atmosphere, management is honest and trustworthy, quality benefits.
