Dead end opportunity - Production Associate Bostik Employee Review

Company does not value any skill set you may posses, career opportunities do not exist unless you are related to leadership. If you have any experience or education stay away unless you want to throw it away. Senior leadership will appear to listen but will take no action. I know of at least one shift supervisor who has never performed the job that they are supervising.
