Flexible working hours, appreciations shown to staff for their hardwork (but only for those who hit sales target)
Cons
Top Management and HODs are very indecisive and slow in making decisions. Each department works in isolation. Company culture is the worst I've worked in so far. There is no proper procedures and policies. There are also alot of politics in the company.
