      Some of the people are great people, fun, and easy to get along with. The building itself is a lovely environment.

      Cons

      Poor Pay, no flexibility of working, loading too much work onto people, micro-management. Behind the times with how the workflow is managed. No plans for career progression, no 1-1s.
