Pros
The management have made a lot of changes over the past few years that really has benefited the employees. There is free snack bar for everyone. We are getting a fancy coffee machine that does everything like Lattes and espressos for free. They are promoting health by offering standing desks for the people with office desks. There are growth opportunity offered to everyone. Several of my colleagues originally started in the warehouse and are now working in the office. They also offer the regular benefits like health, 401K, paid vacation, birthday celebration with cake etc. Great co-workers!
Cons
Would be great to have system that would allow you to get in to the building without having to get buzzed in. We have cubicles, but it does get loud sometimes when everyone is working and are on the phone. It would be great to have a quite space to be able to sit in to work when you need to concentrate. The kitchen does get smelly sometimes when people heat up seafood or spicy food. there is a fan in the kitchen to reduce the odors but it isn't strong enough.
