      Great mission when it is followed

      Cons

      Terrible upper management. Promotions based upon relationships, backdoor deals, or golf buddies. Rumor driven decision making. Lack of planning, mission, and transparency. If you're part of the "In Crowd" then you're golden , otherwise don't expect to succeed with this organization.

      Pros

      Good health insurance, decent wages.

      Cons

      Foundation management is toxic. Performative, virtue signaling culture. Corporate greed. Record profits are stolen wages. They do not want to expand rehab services. They want to inflate their numbers to look good. I was never able to get a straight answer about budget line items. The whole C-suite is corrupt, selfish, and deceptive.
