Pros
The only positive is the mission which is to help the blind or visually impaired but people who work in management have lost sight of this cause.
Cons
The culture is terrible. There are people who target innocent people so that they can blame others for their short comings and for whatever goes wrong. The gossip mill is in full effect in this company. You have to watch your back and cover every step so you don't end up getting blamed for a project gone wrong. There is no room for growth as certain people in management will block that.
