      Pros

      Happy patients, good results, great coworkers. Patient Services work hard at bringing patients through the door (no cold calling).

      Cons

      Working weekends. Unrealistic sales goals. Condescending emails from upper management. No 401k matching. Goals continue to increase making it almost impossible to achieve bonus. Medical teams and sales teams don’t see eye to eye.

      they don't want you to take time off LOTS of coworker drama Lack of management ability overall. No one on the management side knows how to run a functional team
