      Pros

      Bose Professional as a division of Bose has rich, deep history bringing the power of sound to business, performance venues and iconic worship spaces (they brought great engineering to the Vatican!)

      Cons

      The PE company that bought Bose Pro from Bose has gutted the workforce and shifted the focus from great engineering and a clear path to great sound, to a path of least resistance to sell middle market audio at highest possible margin. Sad.

      - Fantastic culture - Employee and family sponsored events - Wellness initiatives - Consistently promotes from within - Solid compensation packages with annual bonuses - Transparent leadership - Consistent company growth year over year

      - Good benefits but could always improve to be a bit more competitive in the market - Hybrid schedule is good but could offer a bit more flexibility - Some teams are better than others with career paths and planning - No company equity
