Due to its massive size and German leadership, there was a lot of hierarchy which was somewhat annoying to maneuver. That also meant it would be very hard to advance quickly up the ladder. The Farmington Hills office was an open-office layout which not everyone loved. Only directors had their own offices, and they had glass walls, so visible privacy was not really achievable. There were plenty of meeting rooms that were somewhat soundproof though, so contained meetings were still possible. It just may not be everyone's cup of tea not having the potential for your own private office/space.
