We always appreciate honest and direct feedback as it is an opportunity for us to better understand how our intentions are being played out. As you outlined in your comment, BOSA’s headcount has more than doubled over the past couple of years. While we have strived to develop and progress our Company’s policies and programs along with our growth, we acknowledge that at times the growth and transitions have not been as seamless as we would like. At BOSA, we value hardworking, team-oriented, loyal, and humble people. We believe that it is people like that who will not only support our growth, but help shape it.
