Pros
Smart coworkers Some flexibility in schedule A good place for entry level jobs, or for Director-and-above levels. Nothing in between.
Cons
-Well below market pay, with minimal incentives/bonuses -Uneven distribution of work (Some folks working 50 + hrs, some barely working at all) -No growth/development opportunities (there are MANY glass ceilings here) -Interdepartmental politics and favoritism abounds -Management does not have their employees best interest in mind -the organizational strategy is similar to the Patriots in the NFL. Bring in young, cheap talent, develop them over 2-3 years, provide no raises/bonuses/promotions until the employees leave. Then replace with young, cheap talent. Repeat. (the CEO says as much, publicly, in company meetings FWIW)
