All roles have a client facing element that helps you to develop soft skills in communication, stakeholder management etc that really help to make you a more rounded professional. I found it a very healthy working environment where I did both some of my best work and made some incredible friends. - Salary is around the market rate for the industry with generous promotion and pay increase opportunities - Office in a great part of London (Old Street) near to plenty of great food/drink options - Challenging projects to work on that accelerate your learning - No micromanagement - Flexibly working where required

- There can be communication problems between the London and Belgrade office - Comp package could be more thoughtful beyond just salary and salary increases

You get to work on some cool projects and generally are given freedom to use the methods you wish and get the job done. I learned loads working here and really enjoyed the relaxed team and atmosphere. It's not a job for someone who just wants to turn up and clock watch. You will get found out, but hard work gets rewarded.
