      The company promoted from within so there was room for growth especially if you express interest in growing.

      Cons

      There were many upper level management changes, and salary and or raises did not always meet expectation.

      There are so many pros. My favorite was growing within the company. I went from temping to becoming a building manager.

      I honestly do not have any cons. I would've stayed if my personal situation did not change.
