Pros
This Company's local management is some of the best folks I have ever worked for. From regional managers to Sales Manager. The atmosphere promoted teamwork. My co-workers became my family. Never had I worked in an environment where people would rather be at work working with the team and customers than at home.
Cons
Corporate does not try understand, nor did it try listening to local leaders within the company about the market. Also, allows senior corporate management to make decisions on personal views, even though they more than likely differ from region leaders.
