Pros

Eventually, you'll get to leave. That's going to feel like a warm blanket. They will of course deduct the $130 cab ride from your check, but it will be glorious.

Cons

Terrible management is definitely the worst part of being here. The upper management will treat you like you're disposable. Mainly because to them, you are. Food is horrendous. You're charged $200 for your meals. Breakfast is pop tarts and cereal. Lunch is Soup by itself. Literally my last lunch was a disgusting bowl of potatoe soup with nothing else. Dinner will be frozen chicken nuggets and fries. If you're a guide, you get chilly every day for lunch because you're running tours, and it's not good chili. Also if you're a guide, you'll be warming up whatever slop was for dinner because you work until 9pm. Ask them in your interview what last week's menu was. They also don't give a discount in the restaurant for employees, and even if they did, you need reservations. You probably won't get reservations. Ask them how many employees ate dinner in the restaurant in the last two weeks. Ask them specifics. Housing... if you like sharing a space the size of a prison cell made out of a shipping container with four other people that smells like urine and fecal matter because the holding tank can't accommodate 40 people, go for it. But again, be specific. Ask how many people you're bunking with. If you're elderly, ask if you're going to be climbing in a top bunk because they seemingly didn't care. In my opinion these people are liars, and criminals. I'm currently trying to file a claim for stolen wages. My last two weeks of work, I worked 60hrs and took home less than $600. I was given $10 in tips for my entire 60 hrs of work. I have no way of proving that my tips were stolen, but I sent a screenshot of my check stub to all of the employees showing them what I had received. Work for someone who invests in their employees and the land they're on. work for someone who recycles and gives back to the community. Running UTVs and snowmobiles in the backcountry is kinda becoming taboo anyways. Go guide river trips or backpacking trips. If it's winter, go work for a ski resort that can't take advantage of you. I lost allot of money coming to work here, but I'm ashamed of myself for helping them grow.

Pros

I’m glad they at least offered airport pick up.

Cons

My experience with this company was extremely disappointing and far from what was advertised. I was rushed through the hiring process and encouraged to get there as quickly as possible, only to arrive and find completely unacceptable living conditions. The employee housing resembled a run-down property, with showers covered in mold, dirty rooms, and an environment that felt unsafe. The “gym” they advertised was misleading — it was very small and poorly equipped. In addition, the overall atmosphere was concerning. Many of the individuals living and working there were clearly struggling with substance abuse, and the person assigned to be my roommate had alcohol and cigarettes scattered throughout the space. Nothing about this matched the professional image the company tried to present during recruitment. I would strongly caution anyone considering working here to ask very detailed questions and think twice before committing. This company misrepresents the job and the living conditions, and it turned out to be a very unhealthy and unprofessional environment. I actually flew all the way in, saw the reality, stayed for less than an hour, and immediately left because it was so misleading and terrible. Also, I was guaranteed that I would have cell reception, but I did not.
