Pros

Some genuinely talented people, though most are looking to leave

Cons

- Really poor leadership. The CEO is very difficult to work with. - CS team is permanently understaffed. Expectation is that you're always on, but it's never said out loud so you can't push back on it - High turnover that leadership blames on "fit" rather than the obvious structural problems - No real career development. You'll burn out and want to leave before you want to grow your career there.

Pros

They have been the best partner for my company to do the our invoices as contractors. I never experienced any problem working with them for 3 years now. Great customer service and platform.

Cons

I unfortunately don't have anything I can criticize them with since for the past 3 years they are very on time.

Pros

I have had a great experience working with the team at Borderless. Their commitment to their clients is apparent and as a contractor they made me feel part of the team from the first day.

Cons

The organization is growing rapidly so the typical flexibility in a high growth environment is needed.
