      Most of the people are great!

      Cons

      The company value their employees like the use to years ago. Every employee is under paid because they lean so heavy on the ESOP which is only half decent because they under pay everyone so that number looks better in hopes of hooking people in for long term employment.

      ESOP - employee owned culture & fantastic retirement. Multiple verticals and great breadth of supplier support. Continued expansion offers more opportunities for customers and employees.

      Pace of technology deployment and enhancement needs to be faster.
