      Pros

      Well organized operationally and have well known Rockwell Automation as an exclusive supplier.

      Cons

      If you threaten middle management because of your skills and experience, they work atmoshpere intolerable. Use their subordinates as spies to falsely spy and report on you. Sales managers have a problem dealing with conflict. Become email bullies.
