good health plan and vacation time

Cons

inexperience regional managers with no sales experience or distrbution knowledge. was a time when you attained regional spots through putting in your time as a full commissioned sales person, that person always make the best managers as they understand the business. BSE will hire anyone for these positions now and it shows in thier turnover rate. Now they are using the Wesco trick of buying new companies to make thier bottom line look better than what it actually is
