      Cant think of any other than a stable job

      Depending on what team you get is what will determine how you get on some teams better than others its very obvious who the favorites are as they do little work while the rest pick up the slack

      Goals are not defined and change daily. Unable to create SOP as no one will make a decision or delegate a decision
