      Pros

      I really enjoyed my time working at Boppy. Great people and great products. Awesome benefits, and great place to be a working parent!

      Cons

      At that time, we were in the office 5 days a week and it was a bit of a hike to Golden. That may have changed after Covid though.

      Quality products Great benefits Hardworking team Transition to working from home was very smooth and management is supportive! Upper management is transparent and open to feedback

      Smaller team means you wear multiple hats and need to be okay with frequent changes.
