Pros
The work was very steady. In 20 years there were only two weeks when I didn't get a paycheck. I also met some great people while at Bootz.
Cons
The workers were not respected. The mandatory overtime policy was abused. Management tried to get favoritism and teamwork to coexist. Proper safety equipment was not always provided.
