Pros
Good money if you work overtime or on one of the night team Some good exisiting staff and majority of customers are friendly Becase no-one wants to work there you are almost guaranteed a job and unless you do something dreadful they are too scared to sack anyone
Cons
Management makes extremely poor decisions, refusing to discipline supervisors for bullying other staff members Extreme unecessary pressure on staff Very high turn over of staff Their website offers a complex structure of reviews and training, which nobody recieves properly. Their health and safety and first aid attitude is dangerous at times Serious lack of trust of staff and harsh treatment of them No career advacement opportunities
