Pros

Work from home setup and flexible schedule.

Cons

I used to really appreciate the company’s culture, even though there were no salary increases, because it still felt like a supportive place to work. Back in my early career here, it felt hopeful — there were plenty of activities, the owners were visible and very active, and the culture was genuinely fun and engaging. It seemed like one of the company’s goals was to uplift employees, and there was even a target ratio to grow the headcount. But things changed when new directors came in. The culture started to feel heartless, and the focus shifted from growth to reduction. Now, it seems like the goal is to lessen the number of employees instead, with drastic layoffs dominating the company. This doesn’t only affect those directly let go, but also the support staff tied to them. Employees aren’t given a fair chance, nor does the company try to find them other accounts or campaigns to transfer into. It’s still a question in my mind: what went wrong with Booth? It feels like the married owners let go too easily of the good employees they once had, and in doing so, the company lost a lot of its potential and its culture.

Pros

Fast hiring process and that’s it

Cons

They will prioritize their clients over their employees. Meaning, if ever an investigation was launched against you. They wouldn’t bother to hear your side and just deem you guilty of the things that clients accused you of. Slow response time from superiors. After separation, they don’t even give you confirmation regarding your exit process.
