Politics/power tripping will always prevail - TA Specialist Booth Employee Review

A recent departmental restructure was implemented without prior consultation and communication with the team. The new management was driven by internal politics, failing to consider the impact on the Talent Acquisition team. The major changes included some TA members being demoted and having their commissions reduced with no reasonable explanation provided leading to major pay cuts. Additionally, the current TA managers got promoted due to power tripping backed and supported by the Chief of Staff and HR director despite having poor leadership and management style.
