Pros

It’s good to join initially because it offers a strong learning curve and good growth opportunities.

Cons

After some time, the work culture started to decline. Employee concerns were not properly considered, and micromanagement and office politics became more prominent. This made the work environment difficult, especially due to the lack of appreciation and recognition.

Pros

Nothing to say as pros

Cons

Transparency is completely missing. Suddenly, many people from both the HR and tech teams are leaving, and it’s seriously raising concerns about job security. Everyone knows something is wrong, but nobody is questioning it openly, especially at the C-level. The way leadership is handling this situation feels very lethargic and careless, which is only making employees more insecure about their future here. Every day feels uncertain, like we don’t know when this job might be gone. Because of that, it’s hard to make any personal or financial commitments with confidence. What’s even more frustrating is that genuine hard work from employees is not being valued, while the company is willing to spend heavily on external consultants instead.

Pros

Nothing to tell as Pros in this organisation

Cons

Limited employee engagement initiatives and activities. Frequent micromanagement, which impacts autonomy and ownership. Growing concerns around job security and transparency. Town halls are currently not perceived as meaningful or impactful, resulting in employees feeling that attending them does not add value.
