Pros
The staff are the people you spend your life with. In my case, most of my staff were great people and friends. It is a real shame that the rest of this job is a nightmare.
Cons
This company promotes a “great culture,” but the reality is very different. Turnover is extremely high, and work-life balance is essentially nonexistent. I was promised two Sundays off per month and at least one Saturday, which never happened. Instead, I was regularly scheduled 7–8 days in a row with no consistency. Scheduling often seemed to prioritize management’s personal availability, leaving the rest of the key holding team to cover holidays and long stretches without breaks. The commission structure is misleading, and employees are pressured to meet arbitrary KPIs that mainly benefit district leadership. Although HR claims to be supportive, raising concerns tends to make the work environment uncomfortable rather than better. The job itself is easy, but the culture is exhausting. Since working here, I’ve experienced depression and panic attacks due to the stress, lack of structure, and constant burnout. There is no real work-life balance, and employees are made to feel guilty for struggling.
