The people I worked with were fun

Cons

They give you no opportunity to grow or become better. The second they think you won’t hit a number your gone. Absolutely no support for management to try to help you advance in the role and become better. There will be no security if you work here so you better exceed the expectations even when they feed you terrible leads.

We do have specific performance standards that we outline in the interview and onboarding process for when performance improvement plans come into the picture. We try to ensure that this is never a surprise. Sometimes the role isn’t a fit and there is the need to part ways. We wish that this wasn’t your experience.

Pros

Honestly a great company to work for. Management cares The culture is good. Definitely in sales industry you can run into toxic sales mentality but here that’s not the case. Everyone is willing to help each other and cheer each other on

It’s a startup so things are constantly evolving so you need to be adaptable
