Pros

Could make $1,200 plus per month depending on your availability. Great place to build your ad copy writing skills since you write for fortune 500 brands. Very flexible you work when you want I don't think there will be any opportunity as great as working as a boostmedia remote booster.

Cons

Unfortunately, it seems the ran bankrupt. They've dismantled the business, very many remote booster haven't been paid. It seems Adlabs took over not knowing it was a sinking ship.

Pros

1) Some of the most intelligent, hard working, funny, caring people you will ever work with. 2) True transparency. I know the finances of the company down to the T. There have been multiple times where I have called the CEO over to consult about difficult customer issues without fear of repercussion 3) $5 discount for lunch/ catered food once a week (dinner for engineering pushes). I have put on 15lbs here. Food is not an issue 4) Really really really supportive co workers. Lotsa happy hours.

Cons

1) Yes we hit a rough spot- yes we are figuring it out and yes, days or weeks can suck. But it's not terrible and my manager's advice was to remember that working at Boost is ultimately a job. 2) Longer hours as of late, due to above issues 3) Product has been fairly overpromised- so a lot of manual work to make it work. Excel hackiness, that is slow to respond to new use cases. 4) Of late we have not been able to use unlimited PTO- not because of blackout. Just cause theres too much to do.
