- 50% discount off one smoothie per shift - Friendly team. Everyone works together - Not toxic like the stories you hear in retail - Comfy uniform - Upbeat music

- Store manager can expect too much - One particular manager is really mean, no on ever wants to work with her - We never got out rosters on time. Always Sunday 10pm the night before fostered week! Sometimes even later like Tuesday's and Wednesday's - Unrealistic expectations - Really tiring for such a bad pay. - Register is draining as you have to keep upselling - Can't keep up with promotions
